I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Tobin C. Baldwin, Idaho license LCPC-7677) and National Certified Counselor. I am a husband and father, a former pastor's kid, and I retired from the Air Force with 20 years of military service.
Clinical specialties include cognitive behavioral therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trauma therapy, and couples counseling. Treatment may incorporate a range of techniques to help clients build on their strengths, cope with unwanted feelings, and consider new choices that can improve their lives.
My passion for counseling started with a desire to help veterans with trauma, but that desire has expanded to helping clients with all kinds of trauma and distress. Other areas of focus include people struggling with their religious/faith backgrounds, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals and family members.
